Dubai, United Arab Emirates (CNN) – Raghad, the daughter of former Iraqi President Saddam Hussein, published a video clip of a military parade in front of her father during his reign.
The video clip was published by RG on its Twitter page, Wednesday, saying in a separate tweet: “A salute of pride and pride to all the brave Iraqi army heroes who wrote the most wonderful epics of heroism and sacrifice for the sake of Iraq and sacrificed their lives for all the battles of destiny that the Arab nation fought and were the impenetrable dam against the yellow poisons that invaded our homeland after the occupation of Baghdad in 2003.”

Raghad had addressed a speech on the occasion of the anniversary of Saddam Hussein’s execution on December 30, 2006, that people’s love for her father “increased” after his execution and “his mention became more frequent than when he was alive,” and she said, in a video clip she posted on her Twitter account, Addressing the Iraqis, she said: “Oh, sons of our great people, who have fought in defense of your pure land since 2003 and started the fastest resistance known in history. The children of the Iraqis and his children are the best proof of that, and he refused to leave Iraq to be martyred with his two sons and his grandson, and God raised his status on earth as in heaven, and his love increased in people’s hearts, and his remembrance became more frequent than he was alive.”
She added, “From all of this, we derive courage and determination, even if our path is fraught with difficulties or obstacles.”
